Camping FAQ’s

Camping will be available from midday onwards on Friday July 12th. All campers must depart by midday on Monday July 15th.

Powered sites cost $70 and the ticket includes accommodating 2 people on that site. Additional people on that site are $30 each and they will need to buy an “Additional person power site” ticket. Maximum number of people on a single site is 6.

Very probably - it is WINTERfest after all. And Bridgetown can be very cold at night. Plan accordingly.

No, for the comfort of other campers no generators will be allowed

It is possible the ground will be a little damp. Bring a tarp or ground sheet.

No. There are no campfire facilities at the grounds.

No animals are allowed at the Showgrounds venue.

No there is no kitchen or laundry services, however we will have catering for the Saturday and Sunday days and Saturday night.

Unfortunately it can be poor at the showgrounds. Phone calls and texts are usually ok, not so much for streaming live plays.

The maximum number of people allowed per site is six.

A full refund will be provided on cancellation up to a week before the event. If cancellation occurs inside a week the payment will be forfeit.
