Camping FAQ’s

  • Camping will be available from midday onwards on Friday July 12th. All campers must depart by midday on Monday July 15th.

  • Powered sites cost $70 and the ticket includes accommodating 2 people on that site. Additional people on that site are $30 each and they will need to buy an “Additional person power site” ticket. Maximum number of people on a single site is 6.

  • Email us at info@dndwinterfest.com.au to book. We will invoice you to pay and secure your booking.

  • Toilets, hot showers, cold water dish-washing sinks.

  • Very probably - it is WINTERfest after all. And Bridgetown can be very cold at night. Plan accordingly.

  • No, for the comfort of other campers no generators will be allowed

  • It is possible the ground will be a little damp. Bring a tarp or ground sheet.

  • No. There are no campfire facilities at the grounds.

  • No animals are allowed at the Showgrounds venue.

  • No there is no kitchen or laundry services, however we will have catering for the Saturday and Sunday days and Saturday night.

  • Unfortunately it can be poor at the showgrounds. Phone calls and texts are usually ok, not so much for streaming live plays.

  • The maximum number of people allowed per site is six.

  • A full refund will be provided on cancellation up to a week before the event. If cancellation occurs inside a week the payment will be forfeit.
